five invitations to practise a different way of being together

There isn't a right place to begin.

Some people arrive through stillness. Others through conversation. Some are simply curious.

These are five invitations into the work of All Togetherly Different. They are not steps to complete or a journey to finish. You can begin wherever feels right. Many people find themselves returning to the same invitation again and again, discovering something new each time.

an invitation to notice yourself

Before we can really listen to one another, we first need to notice ourselves.

Not our thoughts, explanations or opinions, but what our body is already telling us. Slowing down. Breathing. Becoming aware of what we are sensing and feeling.

As our busy minds become quieter, we often discover a greater awareness of ourselves, of the people around us, and of the living world we are a part of. Many people notice a growing sense of ease, wellbeing and connection that comes not through effort, but through gentle attention.

Our Body Kindness sessions offer a welcoming space to rediscover this quiet attentiveness.

an invitation to speak from experience

Most of us are used to sharing what we think.

What happens if, instead, we speak from what we are genuinely feeling?

It sounds simple, but it changes conversations in remarkable ways. There is less defending, less persuading and more understanding. We discover that speaking honestly from our own experience invites others to do the same.

Our Pop-Ups are relaxed, guided conversations around everyday themes that matter to us all. They offer a gentle place to practise this different way of being in conversation, supported by encouragement and kindness.

an invitation to belong

Something unexpected happens when people listen without trying to fix, advise or persuade.

People begin to relax.

When listening is no longer cluttered with opinions, assumptions or the need to respond, there is space for genuine receptivity. We discover that we belong not because we all agree, but because we care enough to listen.

Many people tell us this feels like the opposite of loneliness.

Our Going Deeper gatherings are an opportunity to experience this different kind of community for yourself.

an invitation to create together

When we no longer need to convince one another, something new has room to appear.

Curiosity grows.

Creativity grows.

Kindness grows.

As we become more aware of how we affect one another and the communities around us, we become more open to learning together. We delight in not knowing. Instead of defending our own ideas, we begin to co-create something that belongs to everyone.

This is the spirit we bring when communities, organisations, and groups Invite Us to work alongside them.

an invitation to be accompanied

Sometimes what we need is not a group, but another human being.

A space where we can slow down, listen more deeply to ourselves and gently explore whatever is present in our lives, without judgement or pressure to find immediate answers.

Judith offers one-to-one conversations that are rooted in the same qualities that shape all of All Togetherly Different: kindness, presence, and deep listening. They are an opportunity to be accompanied as you discover your own way forward.

Whether you come with a particular question, a life transition, or simply a longing for something you cannot yet name, these conversations begin exactly where you are.
