Welcome to All Togetherly Different CIC. These Terms and Conditions govern your membership and use of our website and services. By signing up for a membership, you agree to these terms.


1. MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTIONS


  • Access: Membership provides access to our member-only blog and invitations to our in-person events.
  • Monthly Subscription: Your membership is based on a monthly subscription fee.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month on the date you signed up.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details via the Duda Membership area.


2. PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS


  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe. All Togetherly Different CIC does not store your card details.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your member dashboard or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once processed.


3. EVENT BOOKINGS


  • Invitations: Membership grants you invitations to our in-person events.
  • Ticketing: Event bookings are managed via EventBee. Some events may require an additional ticket fee beyond the monthly membership.
  • Liability: While we take every care in organizing events, All Togetherly Different CIC is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage sustained during in-person gatherings.


4. COMMUNITY CONDUCT & THE BLOG


  • Respectful Behavior: All Togetherly Different CIC is a supportive community. We reserve the right to terminate any membership without refund if a member engages in bullying, harassment, or inappropriate behavior.
  • Content Usage: All content on the membership blog is the intellectual property of All Togetherly Different CIC. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any content from the blog without our written permission.


5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


All Togetherly Different CIC provides the website and membership on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% uptime, we are not liable for any temporary website outages or technical issues related to our third-party providers (Duda, Stripe, or EventBee).


6. CHANGES TO TERMS


We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email.
